These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and online services operated by Divine Heritage Services LLC (“Divine Heritage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms do not govern the clinical care provided to established patients. Care is governed by your patient services agreement, our Notice of Privacy Practices, and applicable professional licensing and healthcare laws.

Content on this site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychiatric or medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Reading this site does not create a clinician–patient relationship.

Always seek the advice of a qualified mental health professional with any questions you may have about a mental health condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this site.

Divine Heritage Services does not provide emergency care. If you or someone you love is experiencing a mental health emergency, having thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or otherwise in crisis, call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, dial 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or to use this site on your own behalf. Adolescents may receive care through us with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Use of the site is intended for individuals located in jurisdictions where Divine Heritage is authorized to operate. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

If you create a patient account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Messages sent through forms, email, or our patient portal are intended for general communication and scheduling. Do not send urgent or crisis information through these channels; clinicians do not monitor messages around the clock.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to: (a) impersonate any person or entity, (b) interfere with or disrupt the site or the servers that host it, (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or the data stored on it, (d) upload malware or harmful code, (e) collect or harvest information about other users, or (f) use the site to send spam, harassment, or unlawful communications.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software, is owned by or licensed to Divine Heritage Services and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the site or its content without our prior written permission.

The site may include links to third-party websites or services, including crisis resources and insurance portals. We provide these links for convenience and do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or practices. Your use of any third-party site or service is subject to that party’s own terms and privacy policy.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine Heritage Services, its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for malpractice or other professional liability where it applies.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Divine Heritage Services and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Divine Heritage Services is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
